Global site for the famouse Scotch whiskey enabling users to explore
various stylish environments through a smooth parallax.

Challenge

To create a luxurious, highly impacting global website showcasing the Ballantine’s range.


Concept
To design four stylish environments within the main site, which would appeal to specific groups within the brand’s global target audience. We also aimed to include sections containing UGC to encourage users to interact with the key brand values – style and flair.


Execution
An elegant and deeply experiential global website, presenting the brand’s range within four key scenarios: a nightclub, al fresco party, golf club and an executive’s penthouse suite. The users were invited to experience the brand by navigating through a parallax, creating cocktails and uploading photos along the way.



Results

Ballantines.com resulted in a stylish combination of product information and user generated content, which succeeded in appealing to the brand’s global, vast target audience ranging from a younger 25 year-old consumer to high-class executives.
